Why IMI?

In today’s competitive world, mastery is not optional.  It is not enough to be smart.  The key to success is mastery.  With mastery, skills shift from the running consciously to unconsciously, striving to close the gap between where you are and where want to be.

“To become a master at any skill, it takes the total effort of your heart, mind, and soul working together in tandem.” – Maurice Young

Established in 2019, the Institute for Mastery and Integration (IMI) presents an exciting opportunity in the national capital region for professionals to upgrade and master their competencies by learning in a cross-disciplinary model. IMI uses a four-pronged approach of (1) training and professional development, (2) leadership coaching, (3) program evaluation and performance analysis, and (4) organizational consultation to address the urgent need to integrate and refine professional responses to meet contemporary challenges. IMI creates collaborative and collective learning opportunities for professionals which results in measurable change in the way we approach practice, advocate and share new vision, and engage systems at every level.
