Krystal Holland, BA, CRCCPA, served as a senior professional for The National Center for Children and Families (NCCF) for 15 years. She possess extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of youth development, residential child care, teenage pregnancy prevention and parenting, curriculum development, and training. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland – College Park, and over 23 years of management, supervision and direct service experience with at-risk children, youth, and families. Ms. Holland is a Certified Residential Child Care Program Administrator in the state of Maryland. She currently serves as the Board Chair to the State of Maryland Board of Residential Child Care Program Administrators. Her leadership focuses on professional and foster parent development and training, program fidelity and compliance, designing culturally tailored interventions, and creating high-performance workplace culture.
