Where and when will the 2020 IMI Human Practitioners Forum take place? 

The conference will be held at The Universities at Shady Grove, 9630 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville, MD 20850.

Is there onsite parking? 

Ample public parking is available in the Traville Gateway Garage for an hourly/daily fee of $14. Parking fees are not included in registration fee. Click here for Parking Map. 

What is included in the registration cost?

Registration for the conference includes all keynote session, general sessions, materials, exhibitors, breakfast and lunch.

Are Continuing Education Units (CEUs) available? 

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available at the conference. This program has been approved for CEUs by NASW. Registrants can earn up to 11.5 CEU’s. Conference participants must sign in with the registration desk and submit session evaluations to receive credit. 

What is the deadline for registration?

Register for the 2020 Human Practitioners Forum online through Wednesday, March 18. Registration will be available onsite at the conference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Written requests for refunds must be sent to IMI by email to jjeffers@instituteformastery.org. Refunds will be issued no later than 45 days following receipt of the request and will follow the schedule below: 

  • For cancellation requests received before February 27, 2020. An administrative fee of $75 will be deducted from your refund. 
  • IMI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.


If you are not able to attend, you may send a substitute from your agency, but IMI must be notified in advance by e-mail at jjeffers@instituteformastery.org.

Onsite Registration 

Decide to join us at the last minute? That’s great. We recommend you call to give us a “heads up” so we can be prepared to welcome you properly!  The onsite registration fee is $400. Only a university check or credit card will be accepted for onsite registrations.
